Privacy Policy

To provide the service, X-Raye may process and retain:

• Repair estimates and final invoices you upload
• Photos, screenshots, and other documents you supply
• Vehicle information, including year, make, model, mileage, and VIN when provided
• Your repair history and repair outcomes
• Shop information from your paperwork or from your selections
• AI analysis results and the structured repair information derived from them
• Warranty, coverage, and recall-related details found in your documents
• Referral attribution when a partner referred you
• Account details such as email, and phone number if you opt in to updates

Uploaded documents and analysis results are retained in your account rather than deleted immediately, so your X-Raye, repair history, and Final Bill Check stay available to you.

• To provide X-Raye services and generate your analysis
• To maintain your repair history across repairs and vehicles
• To perform Final Bill Checks against your original estimate
• To improve pricing and repair intelligence
• To improve X-Raye's systems and models where legally and technically appropriate
• To generate aggregated or de-identified insights, including shop-level outcomes
• To process payments, prevent abuse, and provide support

Shop history is built from aggregated outcomes only. Individual customers and their repairs are never shown to shops or other users.

Your documents and the text you provide are sent to AI model providers so the analysis can be produced. Content is transmitted for that purpose and is handled under our agreements with those providers. AI results are stored with your X-Raye so you can return to them.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information with service providers who operate the product on our behalf — hosting and database infrastructure, AI model providers, payment processing, messaging, and error monitoring — and where required by law.

If a partner or tow operator referred you, we record that referral so they can be credited. It does not change your price and it does not give them access to your repair details.

Your repair records, documents, and analysis results are kept while your account is active so your history remains available. You can delete an individual X-Raye and its files at any time, and you can request deletion of your account and associated data through support. Some records may be retained where required for legal, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes, and aggregated or de-identified data may remain after deletion because it is no longer tied to you.

Access to your account data is restricted to you through authenticated, row-level-protected storage, and traffic is encrypted in transit. No online service can promise perfect security, so please upload only what is needed for your repair review.

You can view, correct, export, or delete your repair records, opt out of SMS updates at any time, and contact support with any privacy request. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law, and we will honor them.
